• Confidentiality obligations continue beyond termination

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.

13 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Your continued use of our services after any modification to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
