Refund Policy

1 Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase or contract signing.
• Refunds are only applicable if the service or product has not been substantially delivered or started.
• No refunds will be issued for services that have already been fully delivered or customized as per client requirements.
• Refunds will not be provided for change of mind or if the client decides not to continue after work has started.

2 Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at tatviontechlabs@gmail.com with your order or contract details.

• Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection within 7 business days.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days using the original method of payment.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases at our discretion, especially if part of the service was delivered. Factors considered include:

• Percentage of project completion
• Resources already allocated to the project
• Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client

4 Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services before commencement without penalty. Once work has begun, cancellations may be subject to fees to cover work already completed.

• Before Project Start: Full refund available
• After Project Start: Charges apply for completed work
• Third-party Costs: Non-refundable (licenses, hosting, etc.)
